Exclusive Slow Camping & a Snug Cabin in a magical one acre Seaside Meadow nestling in the heart of the World Heritage Site & Georgian seafaring port of Charlestown on the South Cornish coast.

An authentic camping experience with home comforts & impeccable levels of service on-tap. 

Enjoy oceans of private space with just 12 camping guests across a handful of DIY Pitches (each with 4 seater picnic bench & parasol ~ EHU optional) … sometimes as few as 2 couples in the quieter months if Shower Rooms are reserved for exclusive-use!

Tents, small campervans (max dimensions similar to VW T6 LWB ~ 5.3m<3000kg GVW), little’uns & woofers welcome.

Private Shower & Loo Rooms available to reserve for Exclusive Use.

Pre-booking essential at least one full clear working day in hand (sorry, no ‘same-day-arrival’ requests or ‘doorstep-bookings’ ).

Private off-road parking.

Open Easter to October, weather permitting.

Minimum stay:  3 nights OFF PEAK SEASON ~ March, April, May*, June, September, October, Bank Hol W’Ends / 7 nights PEAK SEASON ~ Whitsun (*23-31 May), July, August (inc Aug BHW).

Shorter periods of 3 to 6 nights occasionally available between longer-stay bookings or for fully self-contained rigs.

Single nights are rare & ONLY offered to ‘back-packing’ guests (hikers/cyclists/canoeists) IF available, on a last-minute reservation basis (pre-booking still essential, minimum one full clear working day in hand) … sorry no un-booked ‘walk-ins’.

Arrivals welcome Monday through Saturday (off-duty & closed Sundays!).

From £15 per person per night** ~ discounts for families, solo guests, green travellers, Blue Light members, British Armed Forces, NARPO.
